In developing two prominent sites at Aerodrome Business Park in south west Dublin, they wanted to achieve the highest possible BER ratings, as well as high LEED and BREEAM accreditation, all within a tight timeline.

How PEMCAS Delivered

In close collaboration with our client, Keldin Engineering, we produced the design for mechanical and electrical (M&E) services on a design & build basis. We also carried out site inspections to ensure that these designs and plans were implemented in accordance with all building regulations and in support of sustainability goals.

The finished product achieved its desired ratings:

• A3 BER rating

• Gold LEED accreditation

• Very Good BREEAM accreditation
