Edward Murnane
Managing Director
Edward graduated from UL (B.Eng) and UCC (H.Dip Eng) in 1995. He established Procad Engineering in Limerick in 1996, later rebranding to PEMCAS. A Chartered Engineer and PMP, Edward has driven strategic growth over two decades, developing extensive expertise in regulated environments whilst building an innovative, professional team delivering integrated, multidisciplinary engineering solutions to a diverse client base.

Director of MEP
As Director of PEMCAS’s Mechanical, Electrical, and Process (MEP) Team, Kevin brings over 25 years of multidisciplinary engineering expertise to the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and educational sectors. He specialises in UPS system design for critical infrastructure, whilst applying lean design approaches to process and utilities delivery, including distilling, brewing, fermentation, and HAZOP analysis.

As Director of PEMCAS’s CSA Team, Ray brings over 25 years of experience delivering educational, medical device, and commercial facilities across Ireland. A registered member of the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland, he specialises in fire safety design and holds a postgraduate diploma from Trinity College Dublin. Ray focuses on fully integrated architectural solutions combining regulatory compliance and construction.

Pádraig is a chartered structural engineer with over 20 years of experience delivering projects across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia for food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and critical infrastructure sectors. He specialises in dynamics, wind, and seismic design. With experience in seismically active regions and heritage-protected environments, Pádraig delivers cost-efficient, dependable designs in challenging conditions.
